Elanti System, Inc. – Corporate Profile
Elanti Systems Inc. is a leading innovator of service management and intelligent routing software solutions for the telecommunications industry. Elanti offers service providers management solutions that focus on service assurance and visualization for IP VPN customers. With Elanti, service providers can offer their IP VPN customers essential management and control capabilities related to their services and provide service guarantees instead of service level agreements.
Founded in January 2007, Elanti is the result of a technology spin-off from Telstra Corporation, the largest telecommunications carrier in Australia. The Company’s worldwide headquarters is in Somerset, New Jersey.
Innovative IP VPN Service Management and Patent-Pending Intelligent Routing Products
Elanti focuses its activities in two main areas:
- Service management solutions
- Real-time intelligent routing solutions.
Elanti’s Service Management System (ESMS) allows telecommunication carriers to provide their IP VPN customers with fully-integrated service management tools. ESMS enables both the carrier and its business customers to visualize and manage their entire service architecture in real-time, including a graphical representation of network components, applications, utilization flows, test & notification and other critical information.
Over the past decade, many businesses have outsourced network services, creating a lack of cohesive system information and requiring users to separately manage system functions. Elanti’s Service Management System uniquely brings back mission critical data and control to VPN customers with end-to-end system visualization and operating control. The ESMS seamlessly integrates all internal and outsourced IT systems and applications.
ESMS enables users to make sense of the increasingly complex IP services they subscribe to and to ensure service availability, mitigate potential system risks, adjust to market conditions, and improve overall business processes.
This in turn results in new and improved revenue streams, increased customer loyalty for the service provider; and reduced operational and capital expenditures for service providers and customers alike.
Elanti’s Network Optimization System (ENOS) is a real-time optimization platform for routing traffic through Internet Protocol (IP) Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) networks, used by telecommunication carriers. It employs a patent-pending “artificial neural network”, which has been proven to solve several critical network problems. Service providers use ENOS to find real-time solutions to correcting network failures, alleviating system congestion points, and ensuring set service levels.
In addition to solving critical network problems, ENOS provides two other key service provider benefits. First, instead of optimizing single network elements, ENOS’ predictive and reactive real-time network optimization controls the entire IP network. This enables carriers to guarantee service levels and generate additional revenue by providing multiple classes of service levels, particularly as the types of content expands (e.g. online gaming, VoIP services, portal services, etc.). Second, ENOS significantly reduces carrier’s operating expenses by automating the network problem identification and resolution times, and increasing network capacity over 50% through improved network efficiency.
